Health & fitness has been a reoccurring theme throughout my life, in fact so much that I received my first personal training certification at age 18. But it came and went many times through most of my adult life, until my excessive lifestyle caught up with me and the 2 options were, make a change or keep heading down a dark path where surely my health would suffer.
That was when I decided to return to fitness, first as a way to leave my life of partying behind and then after experiencing such incredible transformation, both internally & externally, becoming a coach to help others do the same.
With over a decade of experience leading teams & developing team members, I created La Vida Poderosa Coaching. My mission: to help women over 40 to look & feel as strong, powerful & unstoppable as you did in your 20's. I deliver complete transformational coaching to change your body & your mind so you can reach your goals & live life to your fullest potential.
I offer both in person & online 1:1 training. In Tulum, I have partnerships with multiple gyms which I train out of and can also train at your home.

I meet you where you are. I have worked with many women who have never participated in structured exercise and many women who are returning after years of being off and we start where you are and build from there to ensure sustainable progress.
Nutrition is just as important as training your body, so nutrition coaching is included in all of my coaching packages. But I don't believe in 'diets', I believe in fueling your body to perform & building heathy, sustainable habits that don't involve restriction & deprivation. I also offer nutrition coaching as a separate service.
